We recently purchased a house in Casa Grande, and only 1-month in the heat wasn't working. Was referred to Frank and I'm so grateful. It's hard to know if you're getting a good, honest person but that's definitely Frank. He showed up on time (early actually) and was extremely communicative and thorough. Fixed the problem and did a full check-up of the system as well! I always read Google reviews and saw that Frank had 5-stars. I can see why! Our air conditioner quit working on a very hot Saturday afternoon. Gave Frank a call and he showed up in a short time. He did an inspection, walked us through the problem and discussed the options. Based on this a new unit was our best choice. On Monday we had a quote, on Wednesday the replacement was sourced, and on Saturday morning replacement started and was completed flawlessly by 2:00 PM! Before he left he went over the operation details with us and we couldn’t be more pleased. If dependability is important to you, Frank is your guy!

Great company to work with. Communication spot on, came at the drop of the hat to troubleshoot my system at night. Needed a new system and he was true to his word on the install date. Said he would be at my house at 7am to begin work and he was here and ready to work at 6:55am! EDIT: He listened to my complaints on the new system and follow up and FIXED the new design issue from the manufacturer! This man is what the area needs to meet the AC and Heating needs of CG.
